Floating Pontoon Repair & Maintenance — Tuzla

Within the scope of this floating pontoon repair and maintenance project, structural strengthening, re-fabrication of the fairlead support stands and on-site welding works were successfully completed by the DM Denizcilik team in the Tuzla shipyard zone. Delivered in full compliance with a 70-day work schedule, the project reflects our expertise in pontoon repair and steel fabrication.

Works Carried Out

1	STEP 1 Dismantling & Damage Assessment Damaged sections of the floating pontoon were removed under controlled conditions and the repair scope was defined on site.
2	STEP 2 Fairlead Support Fabrication The support stands were re-fabricated from steel in line with the project requirements and prepared for installation.
3	STEP 3 Installation & Welding Fabricated components were installed on site with full-penetration weld seams applied at all connections.
4	STEP 4 Inspection, Testing & Delivery Weld quality and structural integrity were verified; the site was cleared and the pontoon was delivered fully operational.

All works were carried out in full compliance with safety and quality standards, in close coordination with project stakeholders; the pontoon was delivered on schedule with zero defects.
